Alien Tummy Tuck

Posted on September 12, 2011 by Kelli Jae BaeliSeptember 12, 2011

Just checking my hair. No apparent reason, just throwing a passing glance in the mirror on my way to turn on the shower, and saw some little blemish on my face. Closer inspection revealed nothing of consequence. But then i looked closer in the looking glass…(Alice never had a trip like that through the looking glass) closer…until i could see the pores on my skin, touch the bags under my eyes and saw how loose the skin was….my skin had become loose somewhere along the way. Not the skin of my 20’s,or even 30’s, but the skin of someone growing … Continue reading →

Kindred Molecules, Deja Vu, and Noosphere

Posted on September 18, 2009 by Kelli Jae BaeliMarch 6, 2013

There are people we meet who seem to be immediately familiar…these familiars are somewhat vexing, in that it often doesn’t make much sense why you are drawn to certain people and feel like they are part of your molecules, somehow.Whatever that little cosmic thing is that seems to be going on somewhere under the radar…I seriously believe in the concept of Kindreds. I rarely have that sense with people, but I have been enjoying that connection with a new one–Tanya. I feel a connection with Tanya that defies logic. We haven’t seen each other in 30 years. But I have … Continue reading →

Quotes from Kelli Jae Baeli

"There are still far too many lemming journalists and civil Democrats. Now is the time to fight like our lives depend on it, because they do. Stop softballing. Stand up and demand the truth and accountability for lies. The Soul of our country is at stake."

Politics Quotes

"People feel removed from sexism. 'I'm not a sexist, but I'm not a feminist.' They think there's this fuzzy middle ground. There's no fuzzy middle ground. You either believe that women are people or you don't. It's that simple." (Joss Whedon)

Quotes for Writers

“It’s none of their business that you have to learn to write. Let them think you were born that way.”

Favorite Quotes

“If someone asked me to pick out my own vagina’s mug shot out of a lineup of vaginas, I’d be helpless. And probably concerned about what exactly my vagina had been doing that constituted a need for its own mug shot.” ...I just want to clarify that I don't mean 'without my vagina' like I didn't have it with me at the time. I just mean that I wasn't, you know...displaying it while I was at Starbucks. That's probably understood, but I thought I should clarify, since it's the first chapter and you don't know that much about me. So just to clarify, I always have my vagina with me. It's like my American Express card. (In that I don't leave home without it. Not that I use it to buy stuff with.)” ~Jenny Lawson, Let's Pretend This Never Happened

@BernieSanders 1) You're NOT a Democrat & don't speak for them
2) Voters rejected you in the two primaries.
3) You've been in D.C. for 30 years & yet get anything "bold" implemented.
4) The bold actions that Democrats do take, you either say they're "not good enough" or try to take credit.

Only in America can immigrant senators like Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz be against immigration. Spread their shame.

There are many domestic terrorists who stormed the Capitol that are receiving minor charges, light bail or no bail, & some DOJ are considering not charging at all.

This sets a horrible precedent for ANOTHER attack because without SEVERE consequences bad people will do this again
